Job Title: Asset Care Manager

Department: SUPPLY
Reporting to: Engineering & Site Services Manager

PURPOSE
· To support operations teams to produce product at customer service levels, quality conformance.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
· Engineering degree of Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineer
· Three to five (3-5) years experience in a industrial environment

ACCOUNTABILITIES
As Asset Care Manager, you should be able to:
* Develop KPIs boards and post graphs to achieve asset care goals
* Ensure the implementation of Engineering standard & take responsibility for actions to meet health & safety, environmental & quality compliance systems.
· Organize and implement preventive maintenance
· Ensure that all maintenance should be costed and approved before execution
* Manage resource allocation, ensuring delivery of goals.
* Follow up plant availability and reliability performances
* Identify maintenance need and set a yearly planning.
* Follow up and track spare availability for overhaul
· Identify development needs for your team
· Identify critical machines (top 3) highest down time recorded per week

As SAP related tasks, you should be able to
· Define Plant Maintenance Strategy
· Request work center maintenance from Planners
· Run Plant Maintenance KPIs report and follow up on non process compliance e.g. open work orders
· Access reports from SAP to monitor and ensure Plant Maintenance efficiency
· Access report to monitor engineering expenditure and propose ways of reducing expenditure where there is over expenditure

CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
· Good understanding of commercial implications of production & supply chain management.
· Knowledge of world class manufacturing techniques & standards.
· High interpersonal effectiveness
· Good sense of analysis
· Good planning and organisational skills
· Structured problem evaluation & solving skills.
· Experience in establishingHigh organisational skills
· Good communication capacity
You will also need to be:

Job Title: Distribution Executive

PURPOSE
The Distributor Executive has accountability for supporting the Distributor team to develop and sustain amazing relationships with our retailers and wholesalers.
He also plays a backup role in key depots that are far of the constant reach of the Distributor Manager.


QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
§ At least bachelor Degree or equivalence in Sales/Marketing or related field
§ At least 2 years proven track record in middle ranking sales/marketing or customer facing role.

ACCOUNTABILITIE
As Distribution Executive, you should be able to:
* Ensure that Distribution Target(on and Off trade) is achieved within his area
* Upgrade Partners van team’s capabilities (Structured call, journey plan, Sales drivers, credit management…)
* Ensure that Database is updated (Parcis or any other system in place)
* Develop Partner Management when necessary.
* Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality and customer price of products are achieved for key channel in the area.

CAPABILITIES
You will need to have:
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ø Sales or relevant industry experience in FMCG, ideally in a beverage industry with proven experience in sales leadership.
Ø A good track record in Sales, preferably in more than one area. Particularly critical is previous experience of account management or other customer facing roles.
Ø Knowledge of the operation of our Distributor partners, and how to create mutually beneficial relationships to deliver business growth.
Ø Understanding of all the Diageo Way of Selling Capabilities and tools, Distributor Management including all elements of the Platform for Growth programme, JUBP, Targeted Trade Investment and Customer/Channel Profitability.
Ø Very good organizational skills

You will need also to be:
Ø Credible with key internal and external partners.

Job Title: Sales Ordering Coordinator

PURPOSE
* Convert customer orders into Sales orders in the system

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Higher National Diploma in Business or related field as accounting.
* At least one year of sales or commercial experience and one year of Sales Order Processing experience preferably in an Africa based multinational.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
As Sales Ordering Coordinator, you should be able to:
* Establish and continuously seek to improve the relation with GCSA customers, Field Sales Managers and supply chain department
* Enter orders from Purchase Plan into the transactional system with 100% accuracy and proactively resolve stock related issues;
* Proactively manage promotional stock allocations ensuring maximum take up of allocation.
* Process Stock Transfer Order or Returns Order (Sales Ordering Coordinator) with 100% accuracy
* Efficiently and proactively manage empties uplift orders
* Compute sundry sales in the system
* Resolve potential issues around the order capture process.
* Maximise sales and cash flow by a timely management of orders
* Ensure that extra-transactions with customers are adequately measured and recorded into the system (Free beers, promotional beers, allowances…)
* Consolidate figures on daily basis and issues order status report to sales people for operation follow-up
* Follow-up sales order transactions in the system to completion « Zero Open Items on Weekly Basis »
* Provide information in case of a requirement from any Business’s stakeholders
· Identify commonly occurring blockage reasons and liaise with customer service/data administration to produce solutions to reduce the number of blocked documents
* Liaise with relevant departments to resolve errors.

CAPABILITIES
You will need to have:
* High standard of integrity
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good commercial awareness (finance, sales, marketing and cost base)
* Comprehensive understanding of business operations
* Good knowledge of GCSA and its products
* Good knowledge of field sales operations
